Job Description:USAA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service and chat management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our live chat operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Responsibilities:- Manage a team of live chat agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed- Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company policies- Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to increase chat efficiency and customer satisfaction- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall service- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat managementRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- Proven experience in managing live chat operations, preferably in a remote setting- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Energetic and hardworking personality traits- People management and creativity soft skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in chat management software and CRM systemsBenefits:- Gym membership- Dental insurance- Disability insuranceWorking Environment:At USAA, we believe in aligning work with a greater purpose and contributing to a meaningful mission.
