Responsibilities • Complete PLACE New Agent Launch to master lead generation and prospecting techniques. • Develop and transform inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments. • Proactively seek and convert outbound sales leads into appointments. • Assess leads to determine their motivation and financial readiness, and communicate these details to real estate sales agents. • Maintain and manage the client database and productivity metrics. • Dedicate time to personal growth through continuous education and practice of scripts. • Establish yourself as a knowledgeable local expert in real estate. • Participate consistently in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls. • Accurately record activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.
