Procurement Analyst

Procurement Analyst $54,673-$67,795 / year Job Level: Individual Contributor What You Will Be Doing: Evaluate and analyze the Companies procurement needs. Perform product research, interpret, analyze, and translate spend and savings information in different formats to accommodate a variety of sourcing needs based on strategic procurement goals and requirements including, but not limited to, RFP/RFQ analysis and cost savings models. Serve as a liaison between suppliers and business partners on matters pertaining to procurement of goods and services. Review bid proposals, negotiate pricing and secure contracts within budgetary scope for a variety of equipment, furniture, supplies, merchandise, hardware/software, and services. Responsible for ensuring and maintaining compliance to established Purchasing policies and procedures. What We're Looking For: • Superior skills in negotiation, written, and verbal communications. • Demonstrate excellent business aptitude and customer service. • Excellent analytical, organization, and decision-making skills. • Strong understanding of business objectives to generate project details, action items, schedules, and deliverables for business partners. • Ability to maintain accurate procurement records, stay updated on order statuses, and resolve any procurement-related issues efficiently. • Experience with IT infrastructure, technology procurement, technical troubleshooting, or system management is preferred. • Workday experience is beneficial. • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
