Originally developed to address gaps in existing tools for Binance US users, Boritrade operates on a subscription-based model, offering unlimited ticker tracking and algorithmic recommendations. Our goal is to provide traders with accessible, automated market insights without requiring technical expertise. About the Job: We are looking for an experienced manual QA tester to perform functional, cross-browser, and unit test review for our Django-based web application hosted on AWS. The goal is to ensure a smooth user experience, document UI/UX issues, and improve automated test coverage. Scope of Work: ? Functional Testing Navigate the web app as a regular user and test workflows, including: - Authentication (signup, login, password reset, session expiration). - User dashboard and settings. - API integrations (data validation and error handling). ? Cross-Browser & Mobile Testing Ensure the app works correctly on: - Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (desktop & mobile versions). - Devices: Various screen sizes (laptop, tablet, mobile). ? Review Django Unit Tests Analyze existing tests in GitHub Actions: - Identify gaps and suggest additional test cases. - Ensure proper coverage of core features and edge cases. ? Write Additional Django Unit Tests Expand existing tests to improve automation and prevent regressions. Deliverables: - Detailed bug reports with issue descriptions, severity levels, and reproduction steps. - Screenshots & browser details for cross-browser issues. - List of additional Django unit tests needed for better coverage. - Newly written unit tests where applicable. Requirements: ? Experience with manual QA testing for web applications. ? Strong knowledge of Django unit testing (Pytest, Unittest, or Django Test Framework). ?
