About the position The Financial Sales Manager at First Citizens Bank is responsible for driving outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities while managing a team in a boutique business branch. This role involves overseeing office operations, developing business relationships, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations. The manager will also engage with customers and the community to identify potential business opportunities and foster a collaborative environment for team success. Responsibilities • Lead outbound sales and business development efforts with individual and team sales goals. , • Develop Centers of Influence (COIs) and leverage business relationships. , • Engage with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach. , • Represent the Bank in the community to generate additional business and identify potential CRA opportunities. , • Manage performance and personnel functions for a team to deliver results that create value for customers and meet financial expectations. , • Support associate development through ongoing coaching and mentoring. , • Ensure compliance with regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage risk. , • Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Sales, customer service, or lending, or financial services sales, including supervisory experience; OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Sales, customer service, or lending, or financial services sales, including supervisory experience. , • Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act. , • Must possess a valid driver's license.
