Job Overview: The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This involves monitoring engineering processes and products for alignment with company and regulatory standards and practices. The successful candidate will participate in quality-improvement initiatives and projects, perform quality reviews and internal audits, evaluate data, and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. Additionally, they will analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product. Main Responsibilities: • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. • Lead LEAN/Six Sigma teams to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency. • Assist with IATF/ISO9001 auditing and training, including core tools certification. • Mentor the quality team towards personal and continual improvement. • Support supplier on-site auditing and development. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or related discipline. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering function. • IATF/ISO9001 internal auditor & core tools certified (preferred). • Experience with Lean Processes (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
