Responsibilities and Duties • Conduct consultations with high-net-worth individuals and executives over Zoom. • Recommend Medicare plans tailored to client needs, ensuring a consultative approach. • Use browser-based tools, including Salesforce CRM, to manage leads and track interactions. • Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain a high standard of service. Qualifications and Skills • 4+ years of Medicare sales or consulting experience. • Active health insurance license in your resident state • Professional demeanor and strong executive presence. • Proficiency with technology, particularly CRM platforms like Salesforce. Perks • Competitive $45,000 base salary with unlimited commission potential. • $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) with uncapped earning potential. • Fully remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. • Company-provided laptop and access to pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required.
