We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Customer Experience team at Protective Life Insurance Company. As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer experience professionals, developing and implementing process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive results. Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer experience professionals to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, and promote a positive work environment. • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize our workflows and procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and ensure seamless execution. • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and distributor partners to gather, record, and share essential information. Provide regular status updates, identify and address issues, and explore opportunities for continuous improvement. • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our products, services, and processes. Share knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a unified understanding of our offerings. • Development Support: Support the growth and development of your team members through training, coaching, and mentoring. Help them build skills and expertise to excel in their roles. • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues using process and institutional knowledge.
