Qualifications

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and online platforms. A customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support.
