As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries. Assist customers with questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience. Accurately document call content in real-time. Schedule: Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks) Note: Rotating holidays as needed.
