Bachelorette Trip Planner Needed – Airbnb, Activities, Spa, and Itinerary Planning, invite creation

I’m looking for a detail-oriented and creative trip planner to help organize a fun and seamless bachelorette trip for a group of 12 women. The ideal freelancer will be experienced in travel planning, familiar with great destinations near the DMV/PA area for bachelorette parties, and able to provide a well-structured itinerary. Scope of Work: 1. Airbnb Suggestions: • Research and provide a list of top-rated Airbnb options in a fun, vibrant area. • Must accommodate 10-12 women comfortably. • Prefer options with great amenities (pool, hot tub, great location, game room etc.). 2. Activity Planning: • Suggest a variety of interesting, unique, and fun activities for the group. • Include both daytime and nighttime options. • Plan a spa day at a high-quality location. 3. Dining & Nightlife Recommendations: • List must-visit restaurants, bars, and lounges with a mix of fun, casual, and special dining experiences. • Consider options with group-friendly seating and vibrant atmospheres. 4. Detailed Itinerary Creation: • Organize all activities into a structured itinerary, including driving times, reservations, meal breaks, and outings. • Ensure a balanced mix of relaxation, adventure, and celebration. • Include estimated cost breakdowns for each event/activity. -ideas for the bridal party gift bags. Really only looking for practical and repeatable use items not a lot of things that say bride squad that they would throw away after the event. 4. Estimates for a chartered bus/sprinter bus Ideal Freelancer: • Experience in travel planning or itinerary creation. • Strong research skills and ability to find hidden gems and unique experiences. • Excellent organization and communication skills. • Ability to provide a visually appealing itinerary document (PDF or Google Docs format) as well as convo invitations Deliverables: • A shortlist of top Airbnbs (with links, pricing, and key details). • A list of recommended activities with booking links/details. • A fully structured itinerary (including travel times, meals, outings, etc.).
