Workday Supply Chain Lead, Senior Consultant
Workday Supply Chain Lead, Senior Consultant Deloitte's Emerging ERP Solutions practice works closely with clients across a wide spectrum of industries to identify and implement SaaS based Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Workday Financials, or various Infor packages, as well as Enterprise Performance Management software like Adaptive Insights. Our team's goal is to deliver transformational solutions optimized for our client's unique business needs. Work you will do You will team with EERPS-Workday colleagues as well as members from the client team on comprehensive, full-lifecycle (Financials, SCM or Adaptive Planning) implementation initiatives supporting finance, supply chain or manufacturing and distribution planning/execution transformations utilizing Deloitte's proven, adaptive implementation approach, "Momentum" - which emphasizes flexibility, integrated client involvement, and rapid delivery of value. Clients consist mostly of large enterprise organizations with complex Workday implementations. Sr Consultant: Leads project workstreams, identification and documentation of business requirements and requirements management. Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, user training, defining support procedures. Additional duties may include: coordination of schedules, creation of documentation and collateral, creation and execution of test / use cases, configuration of Workday software, assisting with prioritization and sequencing of the workstream's efforts and assisting project leadership as required.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- 2+ years experience leading workstreams or small teams
- Workday certification
- 1+ full life cycle Workday ERP implementation
- Hands-on functional experience
- Proficiency in multiple business processes:
- Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
- Procurement
- Inventory
- Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Purchase Order Conversions
- Logistics
- Supply Chain Management
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Workday Procure to Pay certification, Strategic Sourcing or capability to obtain upon joining Deloitte
- Other leading Cloud based SaaS SCM application implementation experience (i.e: NetSuite, Fusion Intact, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Lawson)
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization
- Functional knowledge around SCM systems and processes
- Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.
