Night Shift - Quality Assurance Technician

Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at Novolex. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The Quality Assurance Technician will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Utilize vision inspection systems and coordinate measuring machines to assess product specifications.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with HACCP, CGMP, and ISO 13485 standards.
• Document inspection results and report any deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and product quality.
• Assist in training staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with HACCP, CGMP, and ISO 13485 regulations is essential.
• Ability to operate measurement tools such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
