Responsibilities
- Use computer graphics software as well as traditional artistic mediums
- Work in the manufacturing facility to ensure timely production of products according to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve manufacturing processes.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in production tasks.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
Experience and Education
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year preferred- experience of artistic production and knowledge of common methods and software programs.
- Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to read and write.
Other Requirements
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
- May be asked to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
Physical Demands Work environment involves standing and walking for an entire shift. Must be physically capable of performing the duties of a manufacturing job.
