Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent - P&C

Description: • The Licensed Insurance Agent works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. • Represent a leading Property & Casualty client assisting members with their insurance related needs. • Address various types of billing, property and casualty policies, resolving questions and issues. • Provide a positive and welcoming experience to members, being empathetic and answering inquiries thoroughly and professionally. • Ensure clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences. • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
