We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Manager to join our Central Europe team, you will be placed in the Czech Republic having a split role supporting the local commercial organization as well you will be a part of a Commercial Operations team in Central Europe, where you will work across countries on regional tasks. Your Role:

As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial operations, ensuring the effective use of CRM tools, and providing analytical insights that drive business success. You will act as the primary contact for local users requiring CRM and telephony support, bridging local needs with European tech solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with Finance and Commercial Leadership teams to provide data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Implementation & Support
  • Support CRM implementation, data management, and user training.

    Ensure best practices in CRM workflows and data handling.

    Provide user support and manage system administration (allocations, deletions, updates).

    Generate and analyze reports for sales and commercial teams.

    Collaborate with regional teams to improve CRM functionality.

  • Operational Excellence & Business Support
  • Assist Finance with reporting and CRM data management.

    Support telesales campaigns and data selections.

    Provide CRM insights for marketing and sales teams

  • Process Optimization & GTM Support
  • Work on ongoing process automation and efficiency improvements.

    Ensure seamless CRM integration with opportunity workflows.

    Participate in regional commercial operations initiatives.

  • Analytics & Business Insights
  • Deliver KPI reports, pipeline analysis, and business segment insights.

    Identify trends and areas for commercial growth.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting.
  • Proven ability to drive change and process automation.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Czech. Slovak is a plus.
