Customer Service Rep- Healthcare/Dental CSR (OK residents only)

THIS JOB IS FULLY REMOTE - Oklahoma Residents only • *MUST LIVE IN OKLAHOMA** • Experience: 1 year minimum in contact center/related or administrative healthcare (dental/medical office front desk for example) • Duration: Est. 3mths Starting 4/8/25 • Schedule: Shift time 9AM-5:30PM EST /Training 9AM-5:30PM EST (first 4 weeks) • Other scheduling requirements: • Breaks and lunches are scheduled and cannot be customized. 30-minute lunch, (2) 15-minute breaks before and after lunch period Role Summary: Member Services Representative (MSR) is expected to provide excellent customer service to all incoming/outgoing callers and answer and document inquiries related to dental benefits, eligibility, provider information, claims, pre-estimates/pre-authorizations, grievance and appeals, fulfillment requests and other miscellaneous inquiries. Job Summary Details: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. • Assist customers with billing inquiries, policy changes, and account updates. • Escalate complex issues to higher-level representatives or supervisors as needed. • Thoroughly document all customer transactions in host system • Ensure compliance to all regulatory guidelines. • Answer 80+ calls per day. • Maintain a quality score of 95% or greater • Other duties as assigned. Education Level: Minimum of High School or GED High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum Years of Experience: At least 2yrs Customer service experience in a call center environment, 1yr in healthcare administrative experience or related required. Specific Skills/Knowledge • Excellent listening skills to appropriately handle calls • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language • Outstanding customer service skills • Knowledge of dental terminology and practices • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm • Bilingual preferred Company DescriptionMedia Riders Inc is a family-owned Recruitment and Staffing Services company.
