K13 is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Telesales Representative to drive B2C sales through effective telephone outreach. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to earn uncapped commissions. Responsibilities: • Proactively initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers, building rapport and identifying their needs. • Utilize provided scripts as a foundation, adapting communication to resonate with individual customer profiles. • Employ active listening and strategic questioning to understand customer requirements and tailor product recommendations. • Effectively close sales by highlighting the value proposition and addressing customer concerns. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, purchases, and feedback in relevant systems. • Stay informed about product updates and new offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. • Address customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience. • Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets.
