Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Administrative Assistant with a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, and a US accent. This position involves handling various daily tasks assigned by our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional email writing style, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Job Responsibilities: • Must be able to write emails professionally. • Perform daily administrative and marketing tasks as assigned by clients, ensuring all duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner. • Communicate effectively with clients via email and other communication tools, demonstrating professionalism and clarity. • Utilize basic Excel, MS Word, and other computer skills to manage tasks. • Maintain a reliable internet connection and a functional computer/laptop to work efficiently from home. • Demonstrate fluency in English, with a clear and professional US accent. Requirements: • Female candidate is preferred for this job. • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, US accent is preferred. • Proficiency in basic Excel, MS Word, internet navigation, and email communication. • A reliable computer or laptop with a stable internet connection. • Ability to work independently from home, managing tasks and deadlines responsibly. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Work Schedule: • Working hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday Location: Anywhere from India Compensation: • Salary Range is 16,000/- to 18,000/- per month • Competitive salary; no bar for the right candidate.
