Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication. Strong office skills including data entry and familiarity with computer systems. Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
