About the position The Amazon Fresh Grocery Associate position is a part-time role focused on delivering an exceptional grocery shopping experience for customers. Associates will engage with customers, assist with product knowledge, manage checkout operations, and maintain store presentation. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities ? Greet customers and engage in friendly conversations to understand their shopping needs. , ? Offer product recommendations and provide information to assist customers in making product-related decisions. , ? Use cash register to ring up customer transactions and assist customers in self-service checkout lanes. , ? Receive and process in-store and Amazon.com returns. , ? Prepare fresh food items such as cold salads, pizzas, rotisserie chickens, and sandwiches. , ? Stock shelves and produce, set up merchandise displays, and maintain a clean sales floor. , ? Unload product deliveries and organize stockroom. , ? Pick items to fulfill customer grocery orders for pickup and delivery. Requirements ? Must be at least 18 years of age. , ?
