Technical Claim Manager (Personal Umbrella)

Our client is seeking a Technical Claims Manager to join their team! If you have a strong background in Personal Umbrella Liability claims, we?d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: ?? Proactively manage Personal Umbrella Liability claims (auto, premises, and personal liability) with a strong focus on investigation, evaluation, and primary carrier oversight. ?? Conduct complex coverage analysis and draft appropriate coverage letters. ?? Perform early exposure recognition through thorough investigations of liability and damages. ?? Drive timely and effective claim resolution through strategic liability investigations, damage evaluations, and reserve setting. Qualifications & Experience: ? 8-10 years of complex personal umbrella claims experience, preferably with large exposure third-party liability claims. ? Proven expertise in policy limit demands. ? Strong ability to collaborate with primary carriers and defense counsel while managing outside counsel effectively. ?
