We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. Overview: The Associate, Digital Applications & Customer Support, will play an integral role in supporting the Sr. Director, Digital Applications, in executing various aspects of the product lifecycle and delivering outstanding customer service. This role will involve a blend of product management, customer support, and data analysis, with a focus on contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital applications. Key Responsibilities: • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Digital Applications Support: • Assist in gathering and organizing digital products/applications requirements, user feedback, and market research. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and maintain digital application documentation and progress. • Participate in user acceptance testing, providing feedback on new features and enhancements. • Contribute to the development and implementation of product visions and strategies. Customer Support: • Provide prompt and effective support to digital application users via various channels (email, phone, chat). • Troubleshoot user issues, escalate complex problems to senior team members, and track resolution progress. • Create and update user manuals based on evolving customer feedback and digital application enhancements. • Assist with onboarding new users and guide them through application features and functionality. • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities. Data Analysis and Reporting: • Gather and analyze data related to product usage, customer satisfaction, and market trends. • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and insights. • Assist in tracking product portfolio performance and identifying areas for optimization. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business, or a related field. • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role, ideally involving troubleshooting and assisting users with digital applications or digital tools in the fashion/apparel industry. • Strong understanding of PLM principles and best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and effectively support users of digital applications. • Well-prepared to handle technical inquiries and provide solutions. • Familiarity with PLM systems and digital applications. • Passion for fashion and a desire to stay abreast of industry trends. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Additional Considerations: • Enjoys interacting with customers and trouble-shooting issues. • Experience with fashion apparel product development or merchandising is a plus. • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly. • Interest and passion for the field of PLM and related technologies. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics). • Knowledge of quality control (QC) processes is beneficial.
