Nationwide (Flexible Work Hours/Locations) Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Project Manager to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will oversee a team of hourly and salaried employees, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of safety, quality, productivity, and performance. As a leader, you will provide your team with the tools, training, and support necessary to drive success while also improving overall efficiency through data-driven decision-making and problem-solving. Our service system is divided into three key segments: First Mile – where products are stored and ready to ship. Middle Mile – where orders are processed and delivered regionally. Last Mile – when products reach our customers' doors. You will play a key role in maintaining the customer experience by ensuring that orders are delivered on time and to the correct location. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate both salaried and hourly employees to ensure a high-performance team. Manage large-scale projects that impact the site and regional performance. Develop and execute production plans by analyzing forecasts, determining productivity, and collaborating with leaders across departments to balance workload. Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery commitments are met consistently. Collaborate with support teams (Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR) to develop strategies for achieving business objectives. Lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, squatting, twisting, and reaching repetitively. Stand and walk for up to 12 hours during a shift. Adapt to fluctuating sound levels and work environments, which may include loud noise and variable temperatures. Navigate stairs regularly (for sites with multi-level structures). Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in people and performance management. Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience at Amazon (blue badge / FTE). 1+ years of experience in performance measurement, process improvement, or related processes.
