We are looking for skilled Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team and help increase the number of demos set with dental and aesthetics practices. This role is ideal for proactive individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to make a meaningful impact in sales operations. You'll play a critical role in connecting with leading dental and medical aesthetics practices, contributing to the growth of an innovative company. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated SDRs to work in a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic environment. And we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls and outbound prospecting to engage potential clients and build a pipeline of leads. 2. Demo Scheduling: Engage and build rapport with potential customers to determine their needs and schedule sales demos. 3. CRM & Dialer Management: Plug into and operate within existing CRM and dialer systems. 4. Lead Management: Track and manage leads and appointments efficiently within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 5. Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the team via Slack to align efforts and provide updates on progress. 6. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with other sales-related administrative duties as needed.
