Key Responsibilities: Treliant is currently seeking a Senior Consultant. In thisexciting job he/she will: Treliant has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultantto work on a short term project to perform a forensic review analyzingfinancial transactions in the capital markets. Key Responsibilities: Treliant is currently seeking a Senior Consultant. In thisexciting job he/she will: Provide high quality, professional day-to-day execution ofcapital markets transactional reviews in line with firm risk management practices Utilize knowledge of securities/loans trading andsettlement processes Document analysis in working papers and assist inpreparing reports for clients Assist engagement management to successfully completeengagement objectives Help identify control enhancements for clients and leadclient presentations Communicate effectively to all levels of engagementmanagement Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Minimum of three years plus of experience performinginternal audits or investigations within capital markets activities Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university inan appropriate field; Master's degree from an accredited college/university inan appropriate field with CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred Knowledge and experience with auditing and investigativeapproaches and tools Working knowledge of business processes within Bankcapital markets functions Position: Project Based
