Required Skills • Demonstrated experience managing litigated commercial bodily injury claims. • Proven track record in independent decision-making and problem-solving. • Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in evaluating injury exposures. Qualifications • A background in commercial claims adjusting is essential. • Professional certification in insurance or claims adjusting is advantageous. • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
