This position is vital in facilitating our migration project by assisting in the creation of organizations, accounts, and user profiles within our system. Ideal candidates will possess strong typing abilities, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Execute application administration tasks that enhance migration efforts. Construct organizations and users manually in the system as part of a comprehensive project. Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless operations during transitions. Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Adapt to assigned shifts that align with departmental needs. Required Skills Typing Skills: Fast and precise typing speed (>40 WPM). Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language; bilingualism in English and Spanish is advantageous. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Helpdesk Experience: Tier 1 helpdesk or triage experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Reliable Internet: Capacity to perform effectively in a remote setting with stable internet access. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational abilities and detail-oriented mindset. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
