In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, originating, and closing residential mortgage loans while providing outstanding customer service. You will leverage your existing network and industry expertise to generate new business and guide clients through the lending process. We are looking for professionals currently originating loans in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida who are eager to transition to a top-tier lending environment with robust support and competitive compensation. Responsibilities: • Proactively generate and maintain a pipeline of residential mortgage loan applications. • Cultivate relationships with real estate agents, referral partners, and potential borrowers to drive business growth. • Advise clients on suitable loan products, ensuring they fully understand their options. • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations. • Work closely with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure timely loan closings. • Stay updated on market trends, lending guidelines, and competitive mortgage products. • Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing timely communication and expert guidance. Qualifications: • Active Loan Originator License in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, or Florida (Required). • Proven experience in mortgage loan origination with a successful track record of funded loans. • Established network of referral partners and a strong personal book of business. • In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations. • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. • Proficiency in mortgage loan software and CRM tools. Compensation: • Base salary of $100,000. • Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential. • Sign-On Bonus based on the size of your book of business: • $10,000 - $20,000 for smaller books. • $30,000 - $50,000 for medium to larger books. • Negotiable for top producers with significant books of business. • Full support from our processing and underwriting teams. • Marketing and lead generation assistance to help grow your business.
