Position Summary We are a leading real estate investment firm specializing in commercial acquisitions and asset management. We seek a Transaction Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and loan refinances. Reporting directly to the Transaction Manager, you will oversee transactions from the contract phase to closing, guaranteeing that all processes are efficient and effective. This role is ideal for a meticulous professional with at least two years of experience in commercial real estate who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities • Due Diligence Management: Efficiently organize, audit, and maintain both physical and digital due diligence materials for easy internal access. Establish and manage electronic data rooms for external assessments. • Transaction Oversight: Monitor crucial transaction timelines, deadlines, and contingencies to ensure compliance while proactively addressing any emerging issues. Keep precise and current transaction summaries. • Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison for external vendors such as inspectors, appraisers, escrow officers, and title companies, ensuring that all requisite services are scheduled and executed smoothly. Essential Skills • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective engagement with internal teams and external partners. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, demonstrating a strong aptitude for technology. • A professional demeanor with a flexible approach suitable for collaborating with various stakeholders in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in commercial real estate. • Proven track record of effectively managing multiple tasks with precision and speed.
