Employment & Wage Verifications Specialist

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Tunisia, Tennessee (USA) As the largest privately held service provider in our industry, Thomas & Company provides our clients with unmatched unemployment cost control, employment verification and tax credit services. The role of the Employment & Wage Verification Specialist is to complete social service forms for the Employment & Wage Verification Department with the highest level of customer care. The EWV Specialist will be responsible for providing agencies with information that relates to their Wage Verification and to ensure verifications are completed accurately, and in a timely manner. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Complete a minimum of 8.6 verifications per hour (65+ Social Service Requests per day/300-350 per week) This entails completing the verification, saving the work in the designated folder, and returning the completed forms to the requesting agency with accuracy and attention to detail • Complete administrative department functions with same day turn around. This includes processing of inbound and outbound mail, memos, and fax routing • Professionally correspond with all stakeholders. This includes obtaining necessary information to complete verifications, returning them to the appropriate agency, and assisting with any follow up questions regarding work completed.

Requirements

And Qualifications • 1-2 years' experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Comfortable utilizing the internet, T&C applications • Experience with multi-tasking, defining priorities and changing focus quickly. • 1-2 years in a fast-paced, administrative, or organizational role • Strong organizational and time management skills • Must understand how to handle confidential and sensitive information with accuracy and attention to detail • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
