About the position The Generalist, People+Culture role at Lewer Companies involves managing daily functions within the People+Culture department, including talent acquisition, payroll, benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities • Conduct talent acquisition processes including recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisals. , • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including employer deductions and payroll reports. , • Administer associate benefits accurately through the payroll system and assist with onboarding and open enrollment. , • Promote a positive workplace culture that reflects the organization's values and mission. , • Partner with the Culture Champions Program to support culture and leadership development initiatives. , • Assist in implementing corporate training programs related to harassment, discrimination, and compliance. , • Support associate relations and compliance efforts, including investigations and conflict resolution. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field. , • At least three years of experience in multiple human resources disciplines such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and benefits management. , • Two years of payroll and benefits administration experience. , • Human resources certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or CEBS) is a plus. , • Payroll certification (FPC or CPP) is a plus. , • Excellent reasoning, mathematics, and data entry skills. , • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe. Nice-to-haves • Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). , • Knowledge of compliance with employment laws and regulations.
