Area Director Sales, Home Health

Are you a motivated and experienced sales leader who is passionate about driving business growth in the home health sector? We are looking for an Area Director Sales, Home Health to join our Humana team and lead our efforts to develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue potential.In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that their efforts are aligned with our sales and business objectives. To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of leading and managing sales teams, developing sales strategies and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You must also be an excellent communicator, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Qualifications to be considered for this role include a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role. Previous home health or medical sales experience is a plus. Above all, you must be dedicated to building and maintaining relationships with clients, and have the drive to exceed goals and objectives.
