You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, playing a crucial role in connecting individuals with essential medical services. Key Responsibilities • Respond to incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers, efficiently gathering necessary information and directing it to the relevant clinicians. • Assist callers in various scenarios, ranging from routine inquiries to emotionally sensitive situations. • Deliver outstanding customer service while upholding professionalism, even in challenging circumstances. • Operate remotely from your designated home office following a comprehensive two-week training and orientation program. Required Skills • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. • Strong customer service orientation with a positive and empathetic demeanor. • Capability to manage calls in a fast-paced environment, adapting to periods of high and low activity. • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when addressing difficult or emotional calls. • Availability for evening and weekend shifts, including occasional holiday work, compensated at a premium rate. • Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible for employment. • A private workspace with high-speed internet connectivity and the ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adeptness in internet navigation. • Basic typing and keyboard skills that meet minimum criteria. Qualifications • Candidates must complete a background check and federal work-eligibility verification as part of the hiring process. • This remote role requires candidates to undergo a two-week training program at our Gilbert, AZ, location.
