This role involves collaborating with leaders in product development, biomedical research, R&D, marketing, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance to ensure the portfolio enhances Analog Devices Inc.’s (ADI) remote patient monitoring ecosystem in alignment with customer needs and expectations.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the MedTech innovation process, familiarity with key players in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, strong leadership and strategic skills, and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration.Responsibilities• Lead market assessments and develop a differentiated strategy for ADI’s remote patient monitoring portfolio.• Define business and customer-level requirements and create go-to-market and implementation strategies for new features and products within the portfolio.• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams (including R&D, Biomedical, Regulatory, Human Factors, Business Development, Supply Chain, and Regional Sales Leads) to support innovation.• Manage and support technical development of key projects, strategic research and voice-of-customer (VoC) initiatives to inform and deploy product portfolio strategy.• Build and maintain key opinion leader relationships, serving as a trusted consultant to customers and driving co-development of solutions.• Engage with strategic customers worldwide and implement customer-level strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.Required Qualifications• Advanced degree in a relevant science or engineering field (Biomedical, Engineering, etc.).• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and/or sales within the medical device, MedTech, or health tech sectors.• Proven experience in remote patient monitoring, wearables, and/or data systems development.• Experience in product development environments, including defining market aspects, product solutions, and target users.• Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and nurture customer relationships.• Excellent communication skills across executive, conference, and technical team levels.• Willingness to travel within the US, EMEA, and Asia Pacific for conferences, VoC meetings, advisory boards, and customer meetings.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
