Externship Coordinator - Pharmacy Technician Program (Remote)

The Role Are you passionate about empowering thousands to get upskilled and secure high-quality jobs? As a Career Coach, you will serve as first-line support to our students, providing all the information they need to secure an externship and find a job. What You’ll Do • Secure new partnerships for our students to complete their externship • Work 1:1 with students to navigate the process of securing an externship, including drafting resumes, conducting mock interviews, and ensuring students successfully complete all the requirements on time to join the externship site. • Ensure student externship placement on site within one week of them completing their pharmacy technician program • Coach students to excel at their externship. • Provide timely support to our students, successfully resolving inquiries using Front/HubSpot. Qualifications • Be a Certified Pharmacy Technician • Experience working for a vocational training school, university, or staffing agency • Two years of experience in career services or student coaching role (preferred) • Front, Freshdesk, or Hubspot experience (preferred) • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail to ensure our students’ issues are resolved in the most efficient manner.
