The ideal candidate is an expert in Agile methodologies, understands web development best practices, and has a proven track record of managing multiple WordPress projects from concept to deployment. You will be the driving force behind efficient workflows, quality execution, and on-time project completion while maintaining alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage WordPress Web Development Projects: Oversee the full lifecycle of WordPress website builds, ensuring high-quality execution. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with developers, designers, content strategists, SEO specialists, and DevOps to ensure smooth project workflows. Ensure Website Functionality & Optimization: Monitor website performance, security, and UX best practices, ensuring seamless integrations and user-friendly designs. Implement Agile Project Management: Utilize Agile methodologies, manage sprints, and optimize workflows using tools like ClickUp or Jira. Manage Client Requirements & Stakeholder Communication: Gather and translate business needs into technical specifications, providing updates and aligning expectations. Risk & Budget Management: Identify potential risks, ensure cost-effective resource allocation, and optimize development timelines. Qualifications Proven experience in digital project management, with a focus on WordPress website development. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and team coordination. Proficiency in WordPress CMS, plugins, security, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello). Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams. Familiarity with SEO best practices, UX/UI principles, and web performance optimization.
