We are looking for a Client Support Associate that will provide ticket query support to our client. This person will ensure that the client's program is executed in compliance with the standard operating procedures (SOP) and Graebel's standards to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Answers general queries from internal clients, including monitoring inquiries • Data Entry, gathering of required details, and process management based on SOP • Daily audit of tickets to ensure the correct support is applied, partnering with others for information verification • Update designated points of contact (POC) with information to ensure accuracy. • Process tickets while ensuring compliance with Graebel data integrity standards and client SOP. • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned Required Skills • Shares strong willingness to drive impact • Strong attention to detail with accuracy being at the core of all tasks • Strives towards excellent service levels to create an exceptional customer experience • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, and numerical data • Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested • Ability to write simple reports and general business correspondence • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry • Strong organization, time management, and problem- solving abilities • Ability to work both independently and on a team Required Experience • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience • Previous experience within professional relocation or assignment consultation/management preferred As a testament to our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, our salary bands are transparent both internally and as a part of our external recruitment process. The targets for this role are dependent on market/ geographic location and range from $19.00 - $19.23 an hour.
