CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIANCE - HIGHER RATE IS AVAILABLE Hi, I'm Looking to fill in a full time position for a dispatcher to work 5 days a week, 8 hours a shift Including Weekends. This position requires multi tasking, communication skills, organization and ability to develop plans and schedule. I have two roles open and this is their shift configuration, it is in local California time: First: monday 1pm - 9 pm tueday 1pm - 9 pm friday 1pm - 9 pm satruday 7am - 2 pm Second: Wednesday 1pm - 9 pm Thursday 1pm - 9 pm Friday 7am - 2 pm Saturday 1pm - 9 pm Sunday 1pm - 9 pm We're paying 18$/hours as starting salary, with bonuses and increase in salary within few months. Bonus structure: 2$/hour added on top of base salary, released as sum amount every 3 months period. The job scope is in the garage door business.
