Job title: Financial Analyst - Entry Level/Hybrid Position Company: Noble Biomaterials, Inc. Job description: Noble Biomaterials currently has a position open for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly motivated and works well both independently and in a team. They should be comfortable interfacing with the executive management team and with presenting complex financial information in a clear fashion. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Position will support the Operations & Commercial organizations by providing analytical reports and supporting department leaders with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting • Analyze business results vs plans and forecasts; monitor variances; identify trends; recommend actions to management. • Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data. • Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions. • Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data. • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials. • Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements. • Summarize financial information to prepare income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and other statements • Position will report to the Chief Financial Officer REQUIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong analytical and finance/accounting skills. • Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of major ERP and accounting software packages preferred. • Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment. • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven leadership abilities with ability to work independently and as part of a team • The individual will work closely with all major functional leaders of the Company EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor of Science in Finance from an accredited university. • One to three years progressively responsible experience in the accounting/finance field, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
