Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative where you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals, families, and business owners with their life insurance, health insurance, Medicare, and wealth management needs. Key Responsibilities • Schedule appointments with clients who have expressed interest in insurance coverage via phone or text. • Conduct meetings with clients either virtually or in-person to present tailored insurance options. • Adhere to a proven sales process and system to guide clients in selecting appropriate products for their needs. • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. • Deliver exceptional service and contribute to a supportive atmosphere for both clients and colleagues. Required Skills • Strong communication abilities with a genuine commitment to helping others. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of managing time effectively. • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Excellent listening skills and willingness to learn and accept guidance. Qualifications • Must possess or be able to quickly obtain a Life and/or Health Insurance Producer License. • U.S. residency and reliable transportation are required. • A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
