We’re expanding our team in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and we’re looking for a driven Mortgage Loan Originator to grow our presence in these key markets. Your Role: As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you’ll take the lead in building and managing a loan pipeline, developing referral networks, and guiding clients through mortgage solutions that meet their unique needs. Your contributions will directly fuel our company’s growth in PA and NJ. What You’ll Do: Client Relations: Build relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, and clients in the PA & NJ regions. Pipeline Management: Originate and manage mortgage loans, including pre-qualifications, applications, and closings. Expert Guidance: Help clients navigate mortgage products and find the best solutions for their financial needs. Market Strategy: Stay ahead of local real estate trends, lending guidelines, and regulations in PA & NJ. Marketing & Outreach: Participate in online campaigns, community events, and webinars to expand your client base. Collaboration: Work with underwriting and processing teams to ensure a seamless loan process. What You Bring: Sales Expertise: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Networking Savvy: Strong skills in building and maintaining referral relationships. Communication: Professional, clear, and empathetic when working with clients and partners. Problem-Solving Skills: Creative thinker able to navigate complex financial scenarios. Tech Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, mortgage software, and social media for lead generation. Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate landscape in Pennsylvania and New Jersey is a plus. Qualifications: Active Mortgage Loan Originator License (NMLS) in PA and NJ (preferred but not required). 1+ experience in mortgage lending, real estate, or financial services.
