Key Responsibilities Prepare financial statements, including GAAP, OCBOA, or non-report financials. Prepare individual and business income tax returns (e.g., 1040, 1120C, 1120S, 1065, 990, and 1041). Develop and maintain comprehensive work papers in adherence to firm standards and procedures. Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner. Required Skills Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, QuickBooks (desktop and online), and financial/tax preparation software. Strong verbal and written communication skills, fostering meaningful relationships with clients. Leadership capabilities and effective communication skills are essential. A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional client service. Qualifications An associate degree is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Demonstrated experience in a public accounting setting, specifically in financial statement and tax return preparation. CPA designation or candidacy is highly favored.
