Licensed School Nurse (Registered Nurse/RN) Needed Near Rosemount, MN

We are seeking a Licensed School Nurse (RN) to join our school healthcare team. This position will work with students in grades K - 12th with a variety of needs. Requirements: • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing • Must have an active RN Minnesota License or a Compact License • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Position Details: • Current School Year • Full Time, up to 40 hours per week • Caseload details will be discussed during the interview process • Pay Rate: $30 - $45 per hour depending on previous experience General Responsibilities: • Coordinate and oversee health services within the school, including managing the health office, maintaining student health records, and ensuring compliance with health regulations and policies. • Assess and provide immediate care for students and staff who are injured or ill during school hours. • Administer first aid, dispense medications, and implement emergency protocols as necessary. • Communicate with parents, guardians, and emergency medical services as required.
