Successful candidateswill create and document procedures for the file review of accounts to evaluatecompliance with Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) related consumer loansand mortgages. An understanding of state level SCRA regulationsalong with subject matter expertise on designing, implementing, and effectivelymanaging complex and diverse quality operations is preferred. Individuals selected for this rolewill function as SME to a team of File Reviewers as well as to other projectstakeholders. Applicantsshould possess excellent written and oral communication skills and workingknowledge of laws and regulations governing consumer loans or residentialmortgages. Demonstrated ability to be client facing and experience engagingwith senior leadership is preferred. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent work experience in the financial industry demonstrating research and analytical skills. • 10+ years of recent Compliance experience in consumer lending or mortgage required • Experience with regulatory change and implementation • Knowledge and strong proficiency in consumer related regulatory requirements particularly those related to state level SCRA is preferred. • Proficient on multiple technology platforms including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint and various Loan Origination Systems. • Ability to analyze and interpret data with the ability to move quickly between systems. • Strong documentation and process skills. • Strong ability to process and analyze data quickly. • Solid written and oral communication skills. • Experience working in a production and quality control driven environment. • Experience working in a collaborative team environment. • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment. • Ability to work independently.
