Banking Product Support – Teller Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients who utilize our banking products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and possess excellent communication skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you! Provide technical support to clients who use FIS banking products. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our banking products. Act as a liaison between clients and FIS development teams for bug fixes and product enhancements. Assist clients in understanding and utilizing the features and functionality of our banking products. Conduct product trainings and webinars for clients to ensure proper usage and adoption of our products. Maintain a deep understanding of FIS banking products and their capabilities. Act as a subject matter expert on banking processes and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for client issues. Communicate effectively with clients to provide timely updates and resolutions to their concerns. Document and track all client interactions and issues in a timely and accurate manner. Participate in product testing and provide feedback to development teams. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to ensure our products remain compliant. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer support experience and proactively make recommendations for process improvements. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
