We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Dental Sales Professional to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling our dental products and services to dental practices, clinics, and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the dental industry. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers. • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to dental practices and clinics. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company. • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies. • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry. • Strong understanding of dental products and services. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Preferred Experience: • 3-5 years of experience in dental sales or a related field. • Familiarity with dental practice management and operations. • Experience with capital equipment sales is a plus.
