Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SBA Closer to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an SBA Closer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the closing process for Small Business Administration (SBA) loans. You will work closely with lenders, borrowers, and other parties involved in the loan process to ensure a smooth and timely closing. Experience with LASERPRO and well as Small Balance SBA Loans PREFERRED Key Responsibilities: - Review loan documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness - Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and other parties to gather any missing information or documentation - Prepare loan closing documents using Laserpro software - Conduct a final review of all loan documents to ensure compliance with SBA regulations and company policies - Coordinate the signing and execution of loan documents by all parties involved - Communicate with all parties to provide updates and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the closing process - Ensure all closing conditions are met and all required documents are obtained before funding the loan - Maintain accurate and organized loan files - Provide excellent customer service to all parties involved in the loan process Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience as an SBA Closer or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of SBA regulations and loan closing procedures - Experience using Laserpro software PREFERRED - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Customer service oriented mindset - Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred) This offer from "SVI Recruiting Group" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 72% flex score.
