Key Responsibilities • Employ skip tracing strategies to locate consumers. • Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with clients. • Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness. • Articulate charges to consumers clearly and address inquiries. • Investigate and resolve any disputes. • Comply with company policies as well as local, state, and federal collection regulations. • Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions. • Build and sustain professional relationships with colleagues and management.
