Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Property & Casualty license, Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required. You should also have a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable, and possess an upbeat, positive attitude. Additionally, you should be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency, proficient in multitasking, follow-through, and follow-up using multiple rating systems, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
